Grace & Tom ∙ The Manor Rooms ∙ November 2025

I'm Marc
and I've always been interested in the bit beyond simply picking the right songs. Reading a room, understanding what the moment needs, knowing when to step forward and when to disappear.

I help you shape those future "remember the moment when..." stories you tell when you look back on your wedding day and reminisce about the atmosphere, energy and the people you shared it all with.

From "I do" to "when will this taxi show?", my job is to make every bit of your day unforgettable.

THE production.
what's involved
Every wedding is different. Your music, your atmosphere and the way your day unfolds should be too. I’ll bring everything together around you, rather than asking you to fit your wedding around a package.

01 load in
I arrive at every wedding long before your guests to set up everything for your day, meaning full integration into the space and minimal disruption once celebrations start.

Upon your guest's arrival, you'll also have the choice of entertaining them with a short live performance, or a curated background playlist that perfectly personifies you as a couple.
02 ceremony

With any combination of live performance and perfectly cued and faded playback of your most loved songs, your ceremony will feel undeniably yours.

I'll handle cues, levels and transitions throughout with a fully digital mixing system and wireless microphones, even the friends and family at the back will be able to hear you say "I do."

03 cocktail hour

From live performances of acoustic 'live lounge' style covers to Bossa nova and swing, a DJ set with deep house, or even surprise your guests with a DJ + Saxophonist duo, this is where you can really have your stamp on your wedding day heard.

Even while you're finishing group and family photos, you can relax into the moment knowing you'll be greeted back with music flowing and guests in just the right vibe. Honestly? This is always my favourite part of a wedding day

04 reception
This is your time in the spotlight. From announcing you in for your Grand Entrance, making sure every word of your speeches reaches the back of the room, to finally taking the floor for your first dance as a newly-wedded couple.

From here, the evening can take whatever shape feels right for you. Live performance, DJing or a combination of the two — I’ll keep the music moving with the room and let the party develop naturally. Formalities over, it’s time to get your dancing shoes on.

THE Process.

how it happens
There isn't any right time to book. Some couples have it all figured out years in advance, others are still working out what their vision is when they find me. Wherever you are, that's where we'll start.

01 consultation
Let's meet.

Whether over a coffee or a video call, this is where we get to know each other, talk through your plans and reams and answer all the questions you've inevitably got about.

No commitment, no sell. Just a vibe-check to ensure we're the right fit for each other for you wedding day.

02 planning & design

Establish the timeline.

We’ll plan the music, the entertainment and everything around it — acoustic sets, DJ sets, requests, songs to learn, mixes to build and transitions to create.

We’ll also talk through the running order and how involved you want me to be in keeping everything moving on the day. If I’m making announcements, introducing speeches, cueing moments or keeping an eye on timings behind the scenes, we’ll build that into the plan from the beginning.

Basically, I'll worry about the timings, so you don't have to.

03 venue walkthrough

Let’s walk it through.

Around 6–10 weeks before the wedding, we’ll meet at the venue where possible and walk through the day together.

We’ll work out where everything needs to happen, how the room will flow, where the production should sit and how the timings will work in practice.

If I’m helping coordinate the day, this is where we make sure everyone involved understands how it all fits together.

The aim is to make every aspect of your day belong in the room.

04 finals

Let's lock it in.

One or two weeks before the wedding, I’ll pull everything we’ve planned together into one final plan — timings, music, requests, locations and all the little details we’ve discussed along the way.

I’ll send it over to you to check, and once you’ve confirmed that everything’s right, that’s it.

Everything is in place, now it's really time to get excited.
